The Trinity County Office of Education Payroll Department goal is to exceed expectations in providing accurate and prompt support and service to each of our school districts and all our employees in matters relating to payroll/employee compensation. Key services provided by the payroll department include audit, payroll software support/setup and issue resolution, tax payment/returns and issue resolution, W2 audit/generation, EDD/FTB/IRS management, district payroll print/distribution, and customer service.
The Trinity County Credentialing Department aims to assist educators in their journey from credential candidate to fully credentialed teacher. In compliance with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, we help prospective teachers research credential types, understand credential requirements, and find commission-approved credential programs. We also help educators renew their documents, clear preliminary credentials, and connect with commision-approved induction programs. Key services include transcript anaylysis, California basic skills analysis, educator recommendations, fingerprinting, and credential advising.
