TCOE's Human Resources and Payroll functions are managed by Liz McIntosh, HR Payroll Director, who oversees employment compliance, compensation, and benefits administration for TCOE staff.
Caroline Crockett, HR Payroll Tech, supports the day-to-day processing of payroll and personnel transactions. Dawn MacLaren, CalPads/Credentialing Coordinator, and Rose Mason, department Secretary, also report to Liz McIntosh, rounding out a team that ensures accurate personnel data, credentialing compliance, and timely compensation for all TCOE employees.
Deidre Brower provides additional cross-functional support shared with the Business Services team.
