Business Services

The Trinity County Office of Education's Business Services and Operations department provides essential financial and administrative support to TCOE and its member school districts.

The department is led by Cindy Blanchard, Executive Director of Business Services, who oversees the full scope of the office's fiscal operations. Amanda Garcia, Business Services Administrator, supports district-level business functions and ensures operational compliance.

Day-to-day business transactions and external financial activities are handled by Courtney Bayley and Shawna Dabney, who staff the internal and external business clerk functions. In addition to her TCOE role, Courtney Bayley serves as Business Manager for Douglas City ESD and Coffee Creek ESD.

Deidre Brower serves as a cross-functional team member supporting both Business Services and HR/Payroll operations, and also serves as Business Manager for Junction City ESD.
