hz REQUIRED. The repeater is located on Hayfork Bally Mountain at an
elevation of 6,000' in a secure vault in the area of the USFS Fire Lookout.
The exact location is- 40 39 33 Latitude and 123 13 01 Longitude. The
Trinity County Amateur Radio Club owns and maintains this repeater.
- STATUS - 08/18/07- IN SERVICE- Recent maintenance to Control System, RF Filters, Reduced standby current improvements and New Batteries.
- 146.925 Mhz Output, KF6OAH, 146.325 Mhz Input w/sub-audible tone 85.4
hz REQUIRED. The repeater is located on Bully Choop Mountain at an elevation of 7,000' in a secure vault located in the area of the CDF Fire
Lookout. The exact location is- 40 36 30 Latitude and 122 45 30 Longitude.
The general location of this repeater is between Redding and Red Bluff on
the Trinity/Shasta county line just on the Trinity County side. The Repeater is owned and operated
by the Trinity County Amateur Radio Club, TCARC.
- STATUS - 08/18/07- IN SERVICE- Recent maintenance to Control System, RF Filters, Reduced standby current improvements, antenna system and New Batteries.
- Current Projects: Improvement of amount of sunlight striking solar panels. (Trees now obscuring sun, reducing current charging per hour.)

- A location in Browns Mountain Area has been secured with AC power to charge Standby Battery

- STANDARD PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF REPEATER FAILURE DURING AN EMERGENCY IS TO USE SIMPLEX ON THE OUTPUT FREQUENCY.
Financial support to the operation/maintenance of each of these repeaters have
been made by the owners themselves. The Trinity County Amateur Radio
Club has 501c3 Tax Status and your donations are often tax deductable,etc.
Your donations and support are appreciated, substancial donations include a "Life Membership" to the Club.
We have an update and replacement plan for ALL repeaters, however, due to lack of funds, many of these important goals are not being met.
