THANK YOU!!!.. All the Members of the HAYFORK BALLY REPEATER ASSOCIATION(SK)- for your many years of providing Trinity County Amateur Radio Repeaters on remote mountain tops. These repeaters have served to provide emergency communications during Fire, Weather and Personal Emergencies through the years. Your generosity and community service will not be forgotten.-WB6FZH

  • NOTE: The above repeaters are often used during emergencies to support Search & Rescue, Sheriff's Department and Fire Agencies.
  • STANDARD PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF REPEATER FAILURE DURING AN EMERGENCY IS TO USE SIMPLEX ON THE OUTPUT FREQUENCY.

We have an update and replacement plan for ALL repeaters, however, due to lack of funds, many of these important goals are not being met. Primary operation and maintenance costs for these repeaters were covered in years past by the members of the Hayfork Bally Repeater Association who were the owners. In recent years, since the dispanding of the HBRA, funding has been through the (dwindling) membership of the Trinity County Amateur Radio Club.

Should a reader be inclined to donate funding to the repeater operations, the club has 501c3 Tax Status and your donations are often tax deductable, etc.
