TCARC members can keep up with the "Latest News" via E-MAIL. Receive information inbetween monthly TCARC newsletter editions, learn about up-coming events, receive reminders, POST e-mail message to advertise their Amateur Radio related equipment, solve technical problems, etc.
Most important information may appear in the TCARC newsletter later, but you might see them sooner through the Yahoo trinitycountyarc Yahoo Group.. Review the various E-Mail related options on this page. This is not intended to take the place of the newsletter, having a computer or being on the internet is not a requirement for TCARC membership, these are just E-MAIL extras!
Send and receive immediate postings from fellow community members by e-mail. Your message will reach others with similar interests relating to the Trinity County Amateur Radio Club.
A special email "Community" has been created at Yahoo-eGroup to allow us to post e-mail announcements, sale of personal equipment, obtain technical assistance, TCARC updates, and be able to communicate with other radio communicators in Trinity County. This is a FREE service established for TCARC and extended to others interested in TCARC. It is very easy to sign up! You can read it on the web, or have it sent to your computer via email or both!
It takes about 5 minutes to provide your e-mail address, name, town, zipcode and a password you provide. This is a moderated list established independent of the TCARC, and open to the members and others.
NOTE- If you create a Yahoo Identity, you will be able to adjust your PREFERENCES for e-mail, and NOT recieve promotional e-mail from Yahoo. If y ou just sign up for the e-mail reflector you will receive a small amount of "spam" from Yahoo. You use your internet browser to visit the Yahoo trinitycountyarc Group.

TCARC E-MAIL ADDRESS BOOK- is posted on our website. You may find the name and address of members and friends of TCARC. To have your name, CALL and e-mail address posted, contact the TCARC WEB GUYS or WEBMASTER and tell them you want to be listed.
In May of 2005, TCARC members may have the opportunity to have the newsletter e-mailed to them. A procedure to sign-up for the TCARC newsletter by e-mail will be posted here soon.
This will always be in addition to the usual mailed edition! This is not a replacement for the TCARC Newsletter, just another way to read it. It will never be requirement to own a computer to read the TCARC newsletter.
Watch this page and the pages of the TCARC Newsletter for information about the progress of these projects.
